Say the set.
It logs itself.
Tensio runs your session by voice. Say “bench press, two twenty five” on the way to the rack and it is set up. Say “did eight” and it is logged. Corrections, undo, rest and warmups are one sentence each. The phone stays in your pocket.
iPhone. Free. No hardware needed. Every Pro feature is on for everyone during launch.
A log that listens, and a coach that has read it.
- Voice logging that understands lifters
- Exercise, weight, reps, implement and attachment from one sentence. “Rope pushdown at 50.” “Pause bench 185 for six.” “Actually, that was dumbbell.”
- Ask it anything
- Tensio has read every set you have logged. What is progressing, what stalled, what to do next, and a program written from your own history at the weights you are actually at.
- Rules
- You set the trigger, Tensio moves the weight. “When I get three sets of eight on bench, add five.”
- One line every morning
- What your training shows, in a sentence, from a memory of you that gets better every night.
- History that reads like a journal
- Every session, every set, and what you said about it. Export any time. Import from the app you used before.
- Coaching, built in
- Invite a coach, get a program, message, check in. Your coach sees what you did, not what you remembered.
- Apple Health, read only
- Sleep, recovery and activity lined up against your sessions. Never written back.
- Rest, without the phone
- A rest timer with one voice cue, so the next set starts when it should.
Free: logging, history, programs, export, coaching and the community. Pro: the coach agent, quality scoring, fatigue, rules and the morning line. During launch, Pro is free for everyone. No card, no trial clock.
When you want the set measured.

Tensio also makes two small sensor pods worn on the wrists. With them, every rep is measured: tempo, time under tension, and left against right, rep by rep. The app is already built for them, and nothing above needs them.
They are not on sale yet. The first production run is for the Kickstarter cohort; the list hears first when the next one opens.
Why two pods, and where this goes →First word when the app lands.
The App Store release, then the bands. Build notes and test data along the way. Ten thousand lifters are on the list.
